Location: Service Center, 4204 Industriel Blvd. Industrial, Laval, Quebec, H7L 0E3

Type: Permanent, Full time

Hybrid mode: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely

Reporting to the Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasury, the Investor Relations Analyst participates in the development and implementation of strategies to develop relationships with investors. He/she is involved in communications, analysis of results and preparation of presentation material for internal and external audiences. Also, he/she must perform various analyses as required. The incumbent also has a good knowledge of investor relations strategies and their deployment. Finally, the incumbent demonstrates an excellent ability to develop, report and communicate with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization. As a member of a very small and dynamic investor relations team, the Analyst will be joining one of Canada's largest public companies, a member of the TSX60 with a market capitalization of nearly $60 billion.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

Here are just a few ways that you’ll help make journeys better:  
- Support the company in developing investor relations;
- Support managers in establishing communications and developing good relationships with investors and analysts, communicating the company's history and answering questions;
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and communicate internal and external financial results, write announcements and other corporate developments;
- Manage presentations at conferences and investor meetings, including logistics, preparatory materials and making presentations to senior management;
- Participate in the quarterly reporting process and logistics of conference calls, speakers and presentation materials;
- Build relationships in the investment community by maintaining and developing ongoing communication and being aware of various industry events of importance;
- Communicate investor feedback to the management team and provide management with advice and/or recommendations to improve communication and strengthen relationships;
- Oversee the preparation of marketing campaigns and investor relations materials, advise and oversee the development and other related marketing activities and discussions such as press releases, websites and other communications;
- Develop, prepare, coordinate and maintain investor presentation materials;
- Analyze research done by colleagues, monitor industry, competitors and news flow;
- Travel with the direction when necessary for conferences or meetings.
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

We want you to join our team Here’s what we’re looking for:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, public relations, finance or related fields;
**Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, communications, sales or buyer research, investment banking, capital markets, or corporate finance, ideally with a public company or consulting firm;
**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of the Windows environment (PowerPoint and Excel);
- Analytical skills, distinguished writing ability and strong understanding of financial research reports;
- Ability to work with Bloomberg as well as Nasdaq IR Insight;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal attitude;
- Ability to provide clear and concise direction and receive feedback from external and internal stakeholders;
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative;
- Thorough, organized and professional;
- Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed;
**Language skills**:

- Bilingualism (French and English) both orally and in writing.
