**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Solutions Representative based Remotely in Canada reporting into the Manager, Customer Service. The incumbent will be responsible for the identification and securing of profitable customer sales’ opportunities - owning the end to end customer set up, maintenance and Loaning of the Ice Cream Trade Asset (freezer equipment) program - ensuring achievement of all requisite service levels.
**A day in the life of...**:
- Identify potential sales opportunities within current framework and implements actions to drive improvement in sales profitability and / or reduce cost to serve for customers deemed non-viable.
- Monitor and provide key actionable insights into equipment performance (ROI) and availability.
- Support all customer service related inquiries and initiatives - received from both internal and external customers.
- Contribute to delivering yearly OPEX targeted impacts and/or can demonstrate results of pull and flow by reduction of waste.
- Actively participate in all team meetings, demonstrating a continuous improvement and root cause mindset.
- Investigate and initiate opportunities within our tools to improve day-to-day activities.
**What will make you successful**:
- A university or college degree in a business related discipline (such as supply chain or business administration), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge of supply chain principals and processes.
- Proficiency in French and English is required
- Professional and concise communication with key internal and external stakeholders
- Effective Communication and organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter with strong analytical capabilities
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
