**Job Summary**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Shovelers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and accessible pathways by removing snow from various surfaces. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment during winter weather conditions.

**Duties**
- Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and other designated areas using hand tools and power tools.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of all snow removal equipment and tools.
- Report any hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks as needed during non-winter months, which can make job position all year around.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete snow removal tasks in a timely manner.

**Skills**
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools for snow removal.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Must be physically fit able to work through the night clearing snow Shovelling and using small machinery.
- Ability to build and maintain safe working environments through effective snow removal practices.
- Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in cold weather conditions.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough clearing of snow and ice hazards.
