Account Coordinator

Overview / Description:
We are looking for an energetic, self-starter with a passion for advertising, digital channels and performance marketing. As the Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our client business. You have the ability to hit the road running and have fun while you’re doing it.
Responsibilities / Responsabilités:
- Establishing and building relationships internally, along with establishing relationships with junior level clients
- Demonstrating business etiquette in both meetings and written communications
- Providing administrative support, including status reports, meeting scheduling, event planning, budget tracking, etc.
- Learning about key agency disciplines such as Media, Production, Strategy, Account, Program Management, Creative, etc.)
- Beginning to ‘manage the making’ of communications assets and understand Ogilvy’s ‘process’
- Managing small projects and supporting more senior AEs on larger projects
- Basic analysis of client’s business results and competitive landscapes
- Understanding & respecting every department’s role within Ogilvy
- Working to anticipate upcoming needs and hurdles and providing ideas to mitigate
- Recognizing scope change and knowing when to escalate
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable passion for all aspects of the agency’s business
- Strong skills in research and analysis
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Natural & effective collaborator
- Good listener
- Detailed-oriented and reliable
