The Account Receivable Clerk is primarily responsible for AR Collection Duties, Weekly AR reporting, and actively working together with the internal sales team, agents, and campus managers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Duties will include:

- Executing the timely and accurate collection of agents' accounts, including contacting clients for payments.
- Daily and/or weekly follow-up with delinquent accounts (as per the company's AR policy), following escalation procedure when necessary.
- Recording various types of payments and cash receipts into ERP and Accounting systems daily.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to monitor active accounts
- Producing weekly AR reports, to assist the Controller with cash flow forecasts.
- Maintaining and building positive relationships with agents and students.
- Assisting with accounts payable and other miscellaneous accounting duties as requested by the Financial Controller.

**You will have a combination of the following**:
**Education and/or Experience**:

- Accounting-related work or educational background.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP will be an asset.
- Tech savvy, quick to learn new programs, systems, and concepts.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Proven interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, other languages are an asset.
- A practiced ability to multitask.
