**About the Position**

This role is a great stepping stone into operations, or finance and administration where many aspects of our business can be learned.

**Note: A large part of this role is translating technical HVAC and Plumbing reports into plain language for customer invoices. Excellent written communication skills as well as an understanding of Plumbing and HVAC is a must.**

**Responsibilities**
- Accounts receivable including creation of invoices in our proprietary portal, including cost verification and final job review;
- Completion of weritten job summaries for each invoice;
- Other accounting entries for invoicing as required in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues;
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status;
- Ready and flexible to assume other administrative roles for vacation / sick coverage;
- Other administrative duties as assigned;
- Seek guidance from leadership when required;
**Your Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities**
- 2+ years of administrative experience, exposure to a service industry is a benefit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of HAVAC and Plumbing terms
- Ability to work directly with managers to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to use basic accounting software and learn new systems as needed.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
