Web Analytics:
**Experience: 5+ yrs**

**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
As an account manager, your key focus areas will be to do requirement understanding, ticket creation on Wrike platform, Co-ordination with Off-Shore team, execution of task during the unavailability of off-shore resource in order to achieve the quick turnaround.

You will need to be comfortable working individually, or as part of a team. You will sometimes be driving a specific stream of work that is part of a larger engagement, and at other times might be driving a single stream project more independently.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
You will demonstrate your expertise on GA/GA4/GTM and serve as a first-tier support contact and internal support escalation point. The role includes supporting clients on advanced and sophisticated troubleshooting issues.

The role is client focused and requires the ability to grasp technical challenges and involves ensuring that the delivery of all work is at the highest standard, with continued participation of client and meetings.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive performance of analytics and optimization capabilities to impact overall the client’s overall business results
- Work closely with Offshore team and account POCs.
- Have the ability to identify and successfully improve processes and frameworks

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 4-6 years of experience on GA, GA4, GTM platforms.
- Worked on GA to GA4 migration
- Experience of Wrike ticketing platform
- Open to work from Canada / US location
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and with the ability to interact with different levels of end users, business leaders, and technical resources.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment with strong sense of ownership and collaborative outcomes
- Strong analytic thought process and ability to interpret findings.
- Should have knowledge on the technical aspects required to go through the best practices, processes, and documentation to undergone GA to GA4 migration.
- Should be tactically, logically sound to anticipate the operational timelines considering the challenges, client requirements, feasibility of execution.
- Strong understanding of web markup and front-end development in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Coordinate with internal and external technology teams and 3rd party vendors to build the best possible measurement solutions to help evaluate performance.
- Creating and presenting the task-delegation reports, issue understanding, hindrances and able to estimate timelines for different tasks considering the task requirement, risk, priority, severity, etc.
