**Qualifications**:

- **Teachers must have a minimum 3 years of teaching experience specifically in AMC or Waterloo math contests.**:

- Resume and cover letter must explain these experiences in detail.
- Strong academic proficiency and confidence in teaching mathematics, demonstrated during the selection process. Proficient in online teaching tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teachers work a minimum of 4 hours per week in person.
- Teachers must deliver high-quality lessons to small classes of students, mark homework and assessment, and prepare math contest prep lessons within guidelines.
- Promote students' interests in mathematics and math contests.
