The Product Manager is responsible for the overall downstream product management and operational marketing activities of the whole Critical Care portfolio including the planning, coordination and execution of the marketing and sales support programs. The Product Manager also serves as a liaison between the Sales Force, the business unit leadership team, the Strategic Marketing team and Sales & Marketing Operations in the following areas: sales support activities, portfolio management and inventory management.

The role can be located anywhere in Canada

**A day in the life.**
- _Analyses inventory levels and produces appropriate reports for sales team. _
- _Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line. _
- _Determines the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements. _
- _Works with other functions to improve operational efficiency of business sector. _
- _Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) _
- Executes short-term tactical marketing initiatives
- Supports field activities such as product upgrades, product evaluations and customer conversions
- Serves as contracts, tenders and RFP activities marketing representative

**Must haves.**
- _Bachelor’s degree, or Advanced degree _
- _Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with bachelor’s degree or; _
- _No minimum years of relevant experience, with advanced degree _
- Accountable for results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work very well independently and participate as a key member of a team
- Ability to interact and cope with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Excel knowledge

**Nice to have.**
- MBA
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or health science
- 3 years + medical device experience in sales or marketing
- Bilingual (French and English) an asset
