Join a team of passionate people
In the performance of your duties, you will be responsible for data management and providing support to the Tenant Services Center team. This includes:
- Creating TGR tickets in the JDE module in preparation for billing by the billing agent;
- Maintaining the TGR platform by handling requests related to access, password changes, tenant move-ins/move-outs, creation or modification of premises, updates related to construction projects IC, etc;
- Taking charge of handling emergency notifications not addressed by various Place Ville Marie services, and contacting service heads and/or administration to ensure prompt action by the department;
- Providing support to tenants and property management in addressing issues encountered within the TGR platform;
- Monthly updating of the energy performance section of the Qc dashboard;
- Participating in team meetings as requested;
- Completing any other related tasks requested by the team.
The key to success
- High school diploma;
- A minimum of 5 years of customer service or call center experience;
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word software;
- Knowledge of JD Edwards and Le Bon Registre is an asset;
- Excellent spoken and written French and English. Oral and/or written interactions with external partners located outside of Quebec (service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, etc.);
- Teamwork, analysis, and synthesis skills;
- Interpersonal skills, dynamism, autonomy, creativity, innovation, organizational skills, and a strong desire for continuous improvement.
