Warehouse Logistics & Service Team Leader

- As a Warehouse Logistics & Service Team Leader at Sonova, you will lead and support warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring that shipping, receiving, and refurbishment activities run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in managing daily workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is crucial in delivering life-changing hearing products to our customers with excellence and speed.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the warehouse and refurbishment area- Coordinate team workload and production scheduling- Act as primary contact for issue resolution and equipment concerns- Ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving and refurbishment tasks- Conduct inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies- Coach, support, and train warehouse staff- Support onboarding of new team members and temps- Monitor and enforce cleanroom, health, and safety standards- Ensure team members follow SOPs and comply with regulations- Perform warehouse and refurbishment duties as needed- Complete reports and escalate operational concerns to management- Identify process improvements and participate in root cause analysis

**More about you**:
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead role- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Able to work independently and take initiative- Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred- Clear verbal and written communication in English- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods

**A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova**
