We're currently seeking a **Purchasing Manager** to support our growing procurement operations.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Purchasing Manager**, you will play a key role in supporting our procurement and supply chain processes.

You’ll work closely with vendors/suppliers on existing and procuring new products, franchisees, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate purchasing of goods, supplies, and materials essential to the success of our restaurant brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the procurement of food, packaging, and equipment across multiple brands
- Maintain and update purchase orders and vendor records
- Track and monitor inventory levels and reorder needs
- Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Support vendor onboarding and contract administration
- Resolve order discrepancies and manage returns or substitutions
- Develop and manage contracts and vendor relationships
- Manage broadline distributors
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure smooth purchasing workflows
- Prepare purchasing reports and data summaries as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related role (food service or hospitality industry an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
- Keen understanding of Food/Restaurant operations
- Relationship Management
- Negotiating
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and procurement or ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
