**How you’ll contribute**
As our **Fulfillment Supervisor** in the **Climate Control Division**, you’ll provide direct leadership to the Order Fulfillment team and ensure the fulfillment of our Climate Equipment orders through:
- Possessing superb interpersonal and communication skills with attention and focus on teamwork, productivity, training, and a champion of Health & Safety
- Overseeing the receipt, production, storage, retrieval, and order fulfillment of Climate Equipment in an efficient & timely manner
- Providing direct oversite and guidance of the Order Fulfillment Application and the corresponding execution of flow of equipment for customers, branches, or warehouse
- Managing computer transactions for all incoming and outgoing inventory movements of equipment
- Strategizing the daily planning, staging and efficient organization of serialized Heating equipment and accessories within the facility
- Being responsible and accountable for the daily/ weekly communications, planning, organizing, and controlling of warehouse storage and shipping and receiving team member activities.
- Fostering an environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and managing all employees to deliver individual and team results
- Contributing to the quarterly/ annual performance review process.
- Supporting all departmental recruitment, training, compensation, and development initiatives
- Complying with established internal control procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity of our Rental Management computer system
- Working directly with the Operations Manager to ensure that each team member has a comprehensive, well documented development plans
- Implementing and enforcing Health and Safety practices to ensure the safety and well-being of Stephenson’s employees.
- Leading incident and accident prevention, investigation and analysis and conducting thorough investigations into major incidents to determine cause and recommend action for prevention
- Actively promote and personally take advantage of learning opportunities (training) offered by the company ensuring the appropriateness based on positions.
- Providing consistent, ongoing, and motivational feedback and coaching to all employees under your direction.
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing required PPE
- Completing other duties as assigned
**What we’re looking for**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of Rental Equipment, Industrial Heaters, or related experience
- 2-3 years of Warehouse Management / Team Supervisor experience
- Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Valid 3rdparty Counterbalance license with 1 year of experience
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Advanced computer literacy and MS Office Suite experience
- Flexible with evening and weekend availability
- Experience administering Health and Safety training is an asset
