Ace Sports Clinic - Toronto is a premier multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic, trusted by professionals, athletes, and wellness-minded individuals alike. Located in the heart of Midtown, we deliver personalized, world-class care through an integrated team of Ace Certified Practitioners in physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage therapy, and kinesiology.

We’re looking for a polished and proactive Wellness Coordinator / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued, loyal clients. If you're passionate about health, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional client service, this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and support clients in a warm, professional, and timely manner
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and practitioner schedules using our clinic software
- Process payments and manage billing and insurance inquiries
- Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming reception space
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Uphold Ace Sports Clinic’s values of integrity, client focus, and excellence in care

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 2 years of client service or administrative experience (healthcare or wellness setting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with technology, including scheduling systems and electronic records
- A genuine passion for wellness and an interest in holistic health
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused attitude
- Experience working with Mindbody and Jane software (preferred)

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $38,000.00-$44,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
