**About This Role** **Responsibilities**: **_ Technical operational support:_** - Provide technical support and perform preventative maintenance on Aircraft Full Flight Simulators. - Perform logístical duties, including parts receiving, repair, and testing/validation. **_Technical investigative and integration support:_** - Diagnose and correct problems on Aircraft Full Flight simulators. - Assist with refurbishment and modification of simulator and aircraft parts. - Maintaining and documenting both software and hardware configuration control. - Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusio - Able to understand complex customer requirements and to read and interpret electrical and electro-mechanical drawings and design documents. **_ Administrative duties, documentation, and projects:_** - Update technical documentation and procedures. - Participate and actively learn in technical training courses and take advantage of on-the-job learning opportunities. - Perform and support various authority qualification exercises and issue client reports regarding simulator health and status. **Requirements**: - 3-5 years of professional experience troubleshooting in a technical and customer domain. Open, resourceful, independent, and able to find and resolve complex issues through troubleshooting and critical thinking. - Interested in and understands the relationship between technical hardware and software interaction. - DEC in Electronic, Computer Science, Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent. - Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in French and English. Assets preferred, but not required**: - **Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix**: - C++, Fortran or other languages including scripting - Aeronautical knowledge, including knowledge of avionics, flight dynamics, aircraft systems - Simulation experience **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
