Marketing Manager

A good marketing manager should possess strong leadership and organization skills, along with a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals to effectively lead and coordinate our company’s marketing efforts. You should have an objective and data-driven approach towards market analysis and be a great communicator who can convey a dynamic approach to marketing our company. You must also be observant, flexible and adaptable to tailor marketing campaigns according to the changing trends. You should be skilled at budgeting and allocating resources to ensure our resources are used effectively and efficiently. You mission is to be a key contributor to our success in the Automotive Industry.
**Job Description and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Advertising, or other qualifications in these relevant fields
- Superior (North American) English Skills, both written and verbal
- Possess a great understanding of the Saskatchewan Pre-owned Vehicle market
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Advanced Computer Skills; high proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated and self-directed, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Social media Guru; experience with social media platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. is required.
- Google Ads & Google Analytics/GA4 certification or minimum 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns within Google network and the capability to interpret data to understand trends and improve performance. Must have an expert level understanding of ranking factors.
- WordPress, web design and graphic design skills are preferred
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Generate leads for our sales team
- Identifying industry trends and incorporating new ideas into marketing strategy
- Brainstorm monthly promotion ideas with the ability to execute ideas smoothly and efficiently
- Creation, execution, and management of highly effective paid search, display, video, and social campaigns
- The ability to drive traffic to our websites
- Weekly reporting on leads/source/costs per lead and costs per sale. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. in-depth reporting specific to search-ads to meet the needs of our business.
- Develop, implement and manage paid campaign strategies across meta platform
- Develop strategies to improve conversions and online branding.
- Minimum 3 Years of managing meta-ads portfolio

Pay: $46,334.05-$99,187.79 per year
