Are you a visionary marketing leader ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our growth, acquisition and engagement initiatives, while championing personalized, digital-first marketing strategies.
What you’ll do
- Lead & Inspire: Guide a talented team of marketing professionals, designers and digital marketing specialists, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Drive Strategy: Design, deliver, and execute integrated marketing plans that fuel business growth and deepen member engagement.
- Champion Data & Insights: Leverage analytics and member insights to set priorities, optimize campaigns, and build innovative partnership opportunities.
- Elevate Our Brand: Amplify Affinity’s brand presence and relevance across Saskatchewan, ensuring our values resonate with members and communities.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, business development, and member support teams to enhance conversion and engagement funnels.
- Own the Digital Experience: Implement best-in-class personalized marketing strategies, optimize our external websites, and scale paid marketing across digital channels (social, display, video, programmatic).
- Manage Relationships: Oversee advertising agencies, media buyers, and vendors to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
- Measure Success: Track KPIs, manage budgets, and communicate results, using insights to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
- Advance Community Well-being: Actively connect with members and communities, deepening relationships and recruiting new members.

What you’ve got
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 7+ years of progressive marketing experience (or equivalent)
- Advanced expertise in data-driven, digital, 1:1, and omni-channel marketing strategies
- Proven leadership in engaging, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in building and executing full-funnel marketing strategies with measurable ROI
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing agency/vendor relationships
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of Affinity Credit Union’s business objectives and a passion for member experience
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly to deliver seamless member experiences
