- Rotation/ShiftsDays, 8 hour shifts
- What you will do- Act as a strategic partner to facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for a designated portfolio, including leadership roles
- Collaborate with broader HR team on various projects and initiatives
- Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and stakeholders across the organization
- Utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency and drive innovation
- Leverage data to build reports on hiring progress, outcomes, and impact of recruiting methods
- What you will bring-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or in a related discipline;
-Five (5) years progressively responsible Human Resources experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition;
Experience developing and executing sourcing plans from traditional and non-traditional sources;
-Proven technical expertise in recruitment as demonstrated by experience working in a complex, high volume, multi-union environment;
-Experience in preparing for, and representing the Hospital at, grievances, mediation, and/or arbitration;
-Experience in preparing and analyzing recruitment reports showing monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics;
-Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and procedures, collective agreements and employment related legislation;
-Strong presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills;
-Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders;
-Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, tact, and a high degree of confidentiality;
-Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities, and deal with change, with a high level of attention to detail, and excellent follow up skills;
-Strong organizational and customer service skills;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- You will stand out with:
- Certified Human Resources Professional designation;
- Previous human resources generalist experience;
- Extensive experience in recruiting in a unionized environment;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
