Motif Labs is a licensed cannabis extraction facility located in SW Ontario and currently the 9th largest LP in Canada. We are the creator of internal brands such as **BOXHOT, DEBUNK, Boondocks, and Floresense** that are deeply connected to the diverse and evolving needs of today's consumer market. We also operate as a business-to-business enterprise, offering toll processing and contract manufacturing services to Licensed Producers (LP’s) and 3rd party brands.

**Position Overview**:

- Data analysis of sales trends (performance of our in house brands)
- Update and coordinate with internal Sales team to assist with shifts in sales focus
- Identify SKUs, based off of Revenue Forecast, that have potential of missing forecast and assist with action planning
- Split revenue out by business unit and monitor against forecasts (Internal field Team, Key Accounts, Sales Agent etc.)
- Provide regular updates of Hot Zone maps
- Identify and analyze retailer distribution
- Assist with Upper Management sales analysis requests
- Operate and manage the data pulled/analyzed from our preferred cannabis sales reporting systems with a weekly reporting cadence
- Participate in weekly/bi-weekly meetings as needed, keep minutes and send out recaps/action plans
- Analyze cannabis board websites weekly for any new retail licenses
- provide back to Territory Managers
- Consolidate sales team feedback for the Sales + Marketing Collaboration meetings and complete necessary slides ahead of time
- Compile hunt lists for social outreach program
- Coordinate newsletters between marketing and sales
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree or College diploma in a related discipline (Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Data Management)
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (particularly in Excel)
- Experience within Cannabis or CPG industry is considered an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills including ability to multitask and prioritize
- Shows initiative and ownership of work and willingness to learn

**WORKING CONDITIONS (REMOTE)**:
This is a REMOTE role but requires you to be eligible to work for any employer in Canada and must possess the necessary work eligibility documents. You must have an open work permit be a permanent resident of Canada or are a Canadian citizen.
