Job Title: Clinic Coordinator

Company Name: The One - Clinic of Aesthetics

Job Description: Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, communicating with customers, inventory management, sales, and patient care.

Required Skills: Problem-solving, outstanding customer service, organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure, deep understanding of all treatments and products offered, social media skills. Previous medical aesthetics experience a big asset.

Responsibilities: Opening and closing the clinic, managing schedules and bookings, administrative tasks, understanding and explaining all treatments and products, ordering and tracking inventory, some social media posting as needed, and light cleaning duties.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
