**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Full-Time Sales Representative, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting the perfect furniture pieces that match their preferences and living spaces.
- Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive knowledge of our furniture collection, including materials, design principles, and features. Use this expertise to guide customers and help them make informed decisions.
- Sales and Upselling: Engage with customers to showcase the benefits of our furniture. Demonstrate how our products can enhance their living spaces. Utilize your sales skills to upsell complementary items and complete purchases.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up on inquiries and leads, providing personalized recommendations based on previous interactions.
- Store Presentation: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the showroom by arranging furniture displays, ensuring items are neatly organized, and creating an inviting ambiance for visitors.
- Janitorial Duties: Perform basic routine cleaning tasks to maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the store.
- Productivity Targets: Strive to achieve individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the store's overall success.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for interior design and modern furniture trends.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
- A positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
