**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and lead energetic K-Pop dance classes for children and youth of various ages and experience levels.
- Choreograph age-appropriate dance routines and prepare students for potential studio performances or showcases.
- Teach dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and performance skills in an encouraging and engaging way.
- Foster teamwork, creativity, and self-expression among students.
- Adapt lessons and choreography to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other instructors or staff to coordinate class schedules and special events.
- Serve as a positive role model, inspiring students to develop confidence and a love for dance.

**Qualifications**
- Strong background in K-Pop, Hip-Hop, or urban dance styles with experience in choreography.
- Previous teaching experience with children or teens is highly preferred.
- Energetic, reliable, and patient, with excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to create fun, inclusive, and skill-building dance sessions.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
- Bonus: Experience performing or competing in dance events or showcases.
