**Summer Camp Dance Teachers**

Did you love to dance when you were younger? Was the studio your home away from home? Now you can help the next generation of dancers discover their love for dance. We are looking for summer camp teachers that are passionate about providing our dancers the best experience in dance; who will go the extra step to make sure the dancers love their class & feel at home in their dance community & who believe in our motto: Every 'Body' Can Dance

**Job Descriptions**:
We are looking for summer camp staff. All applicants must be over age 18, and willing to provide a police check and provide first aid training certificate.

**Dates and Availability**

Required for July and August - weeks depend on enrolment
Training starts in June

**Summer Camp Teachers**:

- teach a week long summer camp for children from ages 4-12
- be comfortable teaching a variety of dance styles including: Ballet/Lyrical, Hip Hop, Jazz and Musical Theatre
- create lesson plans from provided curriculum including dance, crafts and drama games
- create age appropriate choreography for week end show
- teach an upbeat and fun dance camp experience
- organize handouts, and studio reminders
- All applicants must have previous dance training and/or experience working with the age groups.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
