**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in swimming, tailored to various skill levels.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Create lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and enjoyment in swimming.
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop innovative teaching methods and improve program offerings.
- Communicate regularly with students and their families regarding progress, goals, and any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in teaching, preferably in a swimming or aquatic environment.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students of all ages.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed in their swimming journey. Join us in making a difference through education and aquatic skills development

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
