About the Role

Endurance Taekwondo is seeking a Program Director for our Port Coquitlam location located in the Freemont Village area. This role combines administration, communication, and relationship-building. You'll be the first point of contact for families—helping them feel supported and confident from their first visit onward.

This position suits someone organized, personable, and motivated to create a professional, family-friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative operations including scheduling, attendance, and billing.
  • Greet and support families with professionalism and care.
  • Guide prospective families through enrolment and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure smooth class and event operations.
  • Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Uphold school policies and values with fairness and respect.

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or administration.
