As we expand our online presence, we are undertaking a significant project to produce over 20,000 new images for our website. We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Image Quality Control Supervisor to lead this critical initiative, ensuring that all visual content meets the highest standards of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and enforce stringent quality control protocols for all website images.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure images adhere to company standards for clarity, color accuracy, and consistency.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and mentor the image production team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Provide comprehensive training to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and image quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of images into the website.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Proactively address and resolve quality-related issues to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within a digital imaging or related environment.
- Proven track record of successfully supervising a high-performing team.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Advanced proficiency in image editing software, including Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
