**Service Advisor**

As a Service Advisor you will be passionate about always providing a welcoming and exceptional experience for all of our guests. Our dealership is looking for an energetic, honest, hardworking individual who excels in customer satisfaction and sales.

- You have 1 or more years’ experience working in a customer service or sales position.
- Expert at providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Super planner, organized and can work under pressure.
- Works well with others.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- CDK experience is a major asset.

**Essential Job Duties**:

- Listen to the customer’s description of vehicle symptoms to gather information about their vehicle’s mechanical issues and maintenance requirements.
- Complete walk around inspection and review prior service history.
- Review required services and preventative maintenance services with the customer.
- Create work orders, describing customer concerns to help technicians diagnose needed repairs.
- Provide accurate estimates, and explain required services and expected completion timelines.
- Obtain the customer’s approval for repairs, answer questions and address all customer concerns.
- Follow their repair orders throughout the day and keep the customer informed of the status of their vehicle repair.
- communicate with the service team to identify opportunities and resolve issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,644.18-$150,176.79 per year
