Penticton Toyota is seeking an ambitious and enterprising individual to join our award-winning team as a Product Advisor. The Product Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through the purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles while maximizing the customer’s purchase experience and satisfaction.
No experience is necessary; we will provide all the training needed to succeed in our high-volume dealership. Many of our successful team members have had previous experience in retail, electronics, telephone sales, food & beverage and hospitality. **Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome all customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking proper questions and listening carefully to uncover their needs
- Patiently guide customers through the buying process
- Enhance customer experience by demonstrating vehicle features and conducting test drives
- Review payment and purchasing options including leasing and financing
- Manage the customer service experience by following up with your client base to obtain feedback and request referrals
- Maintain standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers and ensure that the maximum level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
- Walk the lot and visually inspect and manage inventory by making sure it is optimally merchandised
- Attend regular training and department meetings
- Work closely with the Sales Management team to ensure optimal customer service and exceed sales objectives and targets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$210,000.00 per year
