Our Call Center is open Monday through Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time You’ll have standard hours to help manage that work/life balance - no shift work here

**What You'll Do**:
What you’ll do:

- Identify, analyze and take appropriate action to respond and resolve consumer questions to ensure top-notch consumer experiences.
- Probe consumers to identify opportunities to market other Reckitt Health products and to understand consumer behaviors.
- Track detailed consumer information in our data systems to leverage CRC knowledge across organization.
- Respect Reckitt Health’s policies, procedures and brand strategies.

- Post-Secondary Education is must. Bonus points for a degree in nursing, dietetics or nutrition.
