**Logistics Coordinator - Full Time**

RHB Enterprises Inc. has been consulting, sourcing, and delivering contract, made-to-order furniture products to the hospitality industry since 1999. We are a trusted partner and leader to countless hospitality designers, hotel owners/managers, and purchasing groups alike for their hotel, restaurant, and office projects across North America.

We are currently seeking a **motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator** to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, vendors, and clients. **Project coordination experience is a strong asset.**

**Summary / Role**
- Requesting freight quotes from multiple freight forwarders
- Coordinating shipping and logistics from offshore vendors to our warehouse or direct to properties
- Loading containers and determining CBM, or skid sizes and counts based on carton dimensions
- Tracking containers using carrier websites and following up with freight forwarders when needed
- Consolidating multiple POs from different factories onto single containers, monitoring factory ready dates
- Creating packing lists for inbound and outbound shipments
- Completing Lacey Act and CUSMA forms for US shipments and customs clearance
- Providing shipment updates to the team and clients
- General project coordination tasks as needed

**Qualifications / Experience**
- **Minimum 3-5 years experience** in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain roles
- Strong communication skills to liaise professionally with carriers, vendors, and clients
- Experience in project coordination is an asset
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, hospitality design, FF&E procurement, or contract furniture sales is an asset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
