Responsibilities: - Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution - Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for business development and growth - Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective coordination between logistics and sales activities - Oversee account management activities, including building and maintaining relationships with key clients - Communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods - Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track and manage logistics data - Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven experience in logistics management, with a focus on operations optimization - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make strategic decisions - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders - Proficiency in using logistics software systems and tools - Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. **Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
