It is a unique opportunity to help architect a future where teamwork, collective strength, and ethical wealth-building become the new global model. **You will work closely with the Founder to**: - Shape strategic direction and executive decision-making - Protect the vision and integrity of GEFI - Build a world-class leadership and advisory team - Engage early investors, global partners, and co-founders - Develop programs rooted in team leadership, youth mentorship, and women-led innovation - Ensure every step reflects GEFI’s core belief: “No one succeeds alone. We rise together.” **Qualifications**(Who We’re Looking For): - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field — ideally with a focus on investment banking, asset management, or institutional strategy - 2 to 10+ years of experience in strategic or leadership advisory - Proven ability to think big, act ethically, and move with people, not just numbers - Strong communication and team facilitation skills - Commitment to equity, social entrepreneurship, and community-first finance We also extend this invitation to young, motivated visionaries — including recent graduates and newcomers ready to make a mark.
