**About Us**

Blindman Brewing is a locally-owned brewery in Lacombe, Alberta, focused on making great beer and building a great community. We’re looking for a full-time Packager to join our team and help us get good beer to the good people.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate or assist on the Wild Goose canning line
- Troubleshoot and adjust mechanical equipment (training provided)
- Clean and fill kegs
- Perform basic quality checks (TPO, carbonation, weights, sensory)
- Prepare materials for packaging runs (cans, trays, labels, etc.)
- Load/unload pallets and assist with warehousing (forklift/pallet jack use)
- Clean and sanitize packaging equipment daily
- Enter packaging data into our software system
- Occasionally deliver beer using the company vehicle
- Participate in shared cleaning/janitorial responsibilities

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Alberta Class 5 license with acceptable driving record
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working hands-on
- Team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, consistent, willing to learn
- Physically able to:

- Team-lift and move full kegs
- Stand and move for 8-10 hours
- Perform repetitive tasks safely
