**Job Summary**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Contribute to strong customer satisfaction by providing effective, efficient and quality service in all aspects of lot maintenance.
- Provide shuttle rides to customers back and forth as per the service advisors.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lot to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the shop to ensure the highest level of employee experience in the dealership.
- Maintain a positive, approachable attitude when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Identify and support opportunities for cross-collaboration of method/process improvement.
- Maintain and observe all relevant health and safety procedures, with special attention to those with regards to handling and storing hazardous substances.
- Deliver and pick up vehicles and supplies from other locations as required.
- Verify key tags for correct information by advisors and other dealership personnel.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma.
- Proven ability for customer service in a dealership environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend information, processes and instructions.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's license and clean driving abstract.
- Professional appearance.
- Positive, happy and motivated demeanor.

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
