Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC has an immediate position for an experienced **Lot Attendant** to join our successful dealership in Hamilton, ON. In this key role, you will support the sales and service teams by organizing the dealership’s inventory of vehicles displayed at our facility, ensuring the efficient movement and parking of vehicles, and maintaining the overall organized appearance of the lot. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

**Position Duties & Responsibilities**
- Arrange and organize vehicles in appropriate areas of dealership parking lots while maximizing space, efficiency, and overall appearance.
- Maintain lot cleanliness, organization, and security.
- Drive vehicles on dealer trades and daily pickup/drop off of licensing information to the MTO.
- Inspect and report any vehicle damage.
- Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
- Participate in vehicle delivery to customers by cleaning and refueling the vehicle prior to delivery and installing license plates.
- Receive and release inventory of vehicles delivered by transport companies. Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice.
- Catalogue, store, and organize keys.
- Work collaboratively with members of Sales and Service teams.
- Move vehicles to designated areas.
- Assist with vehicle inventory checks.
- Provide exceptional guest services to customers visiting the lot.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Support the dealership staff with various tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years related experience in an automotive environment.
- A valid Ontario G driver’s license & clean driving record is required for this position

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required**
- Ability to interact positively with customers and assist them as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, managing their time and workflow, while simultaneously providing assistance to customers.
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to schedule work and drivers under time pressures.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication with other team members and departments in the dealership.
