**JOB SUMMARY**
- You assist the supervisor or designate in performing intermediate level administrative functions and support as assigned, and providing friendly, helpful and courteous service to clients or the public while providing appropriate information. You may also assist the supervisor or designate in handling financial transactions.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- High School Graduate entering college/university in the fall
- Minimum of 4 months but less than 8 months of related experience is required.

**KNOWLEDGE**
- Knowledge of generally accepted human resource policies and procedures

**COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Effectively communicate, orally and in writing, including participating in meetings and presentations
- Intermediate level of competence using computers
- Tact, patience, attention to detail
- Willingness to enter data for long periods of time
- Ability to interact with a variety of people
- Organized and thorough

**WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW**
- Language Requirement: Various language requirements, locations may require English only, French only OR Bilingual competencies. Some positions require English oral, reading, and writing. Some positions required French oral, reading and writing.
