Benmet Steel & Metal is a **leader in the Canadian scrap and recycling industry** located in the heart of Guelph, ON. We are one of the most established and reputable independent scrap metal processors in Ontario. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team.

**Non Ferrous Warehouse Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, organizing, and establishing operation goals
- Day to day warehouse duties by determining safe product handling, customer and business needs, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
- Meet tasks and deadlines with daily Shipping & Receiving goals, while controlling and managing inventory
- Prepare workflow, layout and action plans while ensuring productivity. Maintaining quality and customer service standards are met
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Assisting with all warehouse duties where required

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience as Forklift operator
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data
- Team player
- Excellent time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Mechanically inclined - ability to initiate and execute with limited assistance
- Ability to manage inventory and shipping

**Salary Based on Experience.**
