Giant Tiger’s new Inbound Coordinator will be a dependable team player with a strong administrative background and ability to make good decisions quickly. This role requires solid customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail and confidence in a fast-paced environment.

**Inbound Coordinator Job Highlights**:
Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors
Schedule and execute daily/weekly assignments for company drivers to distribute work appropriately
Develop supportive relationships with company drivers
Work with team to optimize routes and increase revenues
Monitor and ensure proper billing
Verify inbound paperwork with drivers
Answer calls and support customers in scheduling deliveries to distribution center
Complete all required paperwork efficiently and without error
Ensure standards, processes and timelines are upheld with a great attention to detail
Communicate respectfully and professionally with team, drivers and external customers
**Inbound Coordinator Job Requirements**:
1 year + of experience in transportation
Proficiency in transportation software;
Direct experience in Loadlink (load brokering system); UFOS (Universal Freight Operating System) and Yard Commander would be considered strong assets
Excellent communication skills; Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn;
Excellent judgment and capable of making decisions;
Advanced Microsoft Office user
