Turner Hospitality Group is looking for dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team at all of our Collingwood, Blue Mountain, and Thornbury locations

**Mother Tongue Asian Bistro**

**Twist Kitchen + Cocktail**

**Magnone's Italian Kitchen**

**Poppy's French Bistro**

**Winifred's English Pub**

This is an opportunity for a skilled and passionate culinary professional—whether an experienced cook or someone looking to take the next step in their career—to grow in a dynamic and ambitious kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare food according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Select and cook high-quality ingredients, ensuring proper preparation and plating.
- Follow FIFO method to maintain product freshness and minimize waste.
- Maintain quality standards, portion control, and compliance with health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the BOH team to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold THG’s core values and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in an elevated dining environment.
- Strong technical skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Attention to detail in food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
- Ability to follow recipes, maintain consistency, and uphold kitchen organization.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
- A solid understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices, Food Handler Certification an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
