Accounts Receivable Clerk for Our Toronto Location

Olympia Tile International Toronto is seeking a full time Accounts Receivable person. The right person will report to the Credit Manager. The hours are 8:00 am to 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch, Monday to Friday.

Job Duties:

- Monitor and review aged trial balance
- Contact customers with past due balances and set up payment arrangements
- Process payments from customers (deposit cheques, process credit cards, post EFT payments) and reconcile those payments as per details provided by customers.
- Contact customers to resolve short payments and discrepancies
- Update Customer Information and assist with filing and administrative functions.
- Coordinate with customers and supervisor pick up of cheques.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Customer service oriented account receivable clerk with more than 2 years experience with superior communication skills, negotiation and problem solving abillites
- Ability to work in engaging and demanding environments
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Epicor Prophet P21 software knowledge (will train) and asset.
- Ability to work independently
- Drivers License and own vechicle required to pick up cheques.
