As demand in the construction industry continues to grow, **P4 Electric** is expanding—and we’re looking for **skilled Commercial Electrical Foremen** to join our team for projects in **Winnipeg and surrounding areas**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** working on commercial electrical projects valued between **$250K and $3M**:

- Proven ability to **lead and manage crews** of up to 10 electricians
- A **valid driver’s license**:

- A strong work ethic**:self-motivated, safety-focused, reliable, and honest**:

- A passion for mentoring others, combined with excellent **problem-solving**, **attention to detail**, and **organizational skills**:

- Clear and professional **communication skills**, both verbal and written
- Hands-on experience with:

- **Fire Alarm Systems**:

- **Motor Controls**:

- **Conduit Installation**:

- **Power Distribution**:

- **Lighting Systems**
