Job description

- Knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office
Duties would include:
- Monitor the front desk including answering and directing all calls in a professional manner
- Meet and greet visitors and provide information and assistance to clients and customers
- Check accuracy of all Real Estate Trades and immediately report any missing paperwork elements, ensuring all Real Estate Trades have requisite paperwork, APS, N.O.Fs, Amendments, waivers etc, required for RECO and Fintrac Compliance.
- Follow up with agents about Missing Paperwork.
- Assist with processing real estate leases and sales trades submitted by salespeople.
- Assist agents with set up and help with KW systems
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects
- Track and order office supplies
- Open mail, manage couriers and file documents as needed
- Make online deposits
- Organize the kitchen and assist with meeting logistics
