If this resonates with you and you believe your skills and experience are transferable, we want to meet you If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a friendly and bubbly demeanor and a passion for customer service in the medical aesthetics/skincare industry, we _**definitely**_ want to meet you ABOUT THE ROLE Responsibilities and Duties - Book appointments and enter information into MedAcess EMR. - Smart screening of the schedule (multi-location) to best serve our patients and provide efficient allocation of our providers' time. - Greet patients, offer refreshments and ensure all forms are completed. - Monitor skincare inventory and assist with e-commerce (shopify) inventory management. - Actively participate in training (skincare, makeup, treatments) and group discussions. - Assist with the dispatch of online order and in-clinic sales through Shopify and Shopify POS (Experience with Shopify an asset) - Professional appearance, well-groomed, willing to always be dressed in uniform and be compliant with the highest standards of safety and patient care. Qualifications and Skills - Minimum 1-2 year reception experience (3+ years preferred). - Minimum 1-2 year cosmetic medicine experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - "People person" with common sense, great attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet in order to ensure the smoothest experience for our patients. - Energetic and enthusiastic, someone who wants to be part of a close-knit team and contribute to the growth of the Preventous family. - Knowledge of non-surgical medical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, Fillers, Laser Technology and Coolsculpting an asset. - Knowledge of skin care products and MedAccess EMR an asset. - Able to learn and adapt to new software, as well as demonstrate high proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite - Team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to continuously learn and improve their skills. - Demonstrates a strong passion and enthusiasm for healthy aging, anti-aging medicine and skin care. - Professional etiquette. - Reliable with a can-do attitude. - Own transportation and flexible hours (Availability for Saturdays might be required) If you have the above skills and you are eager to find a place where you can contribute to growth and grow yourself, please submit a cover letter along with a detailed resume. **In your cover letter, please tell us why you think you would be a great fit for Preventous and how your strengths can contribute to this team.
