**NOW HIRING**:Service Advisor

**LOCATION**: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

**HOURS**: Full Time, Permanent. 40-45 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm and a rotation of Saturday mornings 8am - 12pm.

**WAGES**: Starting at $16.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Benefits available.

**THE PERFECT FIT**:
One minute, you’re responding to parts inquiries, scheduling an appointment, stocking and organizing shelves, accepting a payment, and helping customers with retail purchases.

The next minute, you’re answering the phone, greeting another customer who walks in the door, receiving a new parts order, and phoning a customer to tell them their motorcycle is ready for pickup.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is motivated, organized, detail oriented and has a real interest in power sports.

**APPLICABLE SKILLS**:

- Must have attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- Great attitude who can work well in a team setting with mínimal supervision
- Strong organizational, customer service and time management skills
- Motivated - we are looking for an employee who takes pride in their work

**JOB TASKS**:

- Greet clients by phone or in person
- Assist with client concerns with Service Manager
- Recommend maintenance and repair services to clients
- Review estimate and educate/ explain work needed to be done
- Provide clients with estimated completion time and keep them informed of any changes in the quoted time
- Schedule service appointments
- Maintain proper paperwork; including opening and closing of RO’s
- Collecting payments and closing a balanced cash each day
- Source parts for repair in after market and brand catalogs
- Maintain a tidy work environment
