DSC Construction is Hiring Join Our Team as a Full-Time Carpenter.

Are you passionate about craftsmanship and seeking a rewarding career in the construction industry? Look no further DSC Construction is a leading construction company specializing in high-quality projects, and we're currently expanding our team.

We're looking to hire experienced, highly motivated and reliable employees for full time positions in Carpentry and Construction services. Evening and some weekend work will be required. Looking for applicants in Edmonton and surrounding area region, Alberta, CA.

**Responsibilities**:
Hours will vary depending on projects. Current projects are day & night shift and some weekends. Looking for skilled applicants proficient in all areas related to Construction.

Carpenters: Includes, but not limited to
- **Responsibilities**
- Fabricate and assemble wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
- Utilize CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials.
- Install drywall, flooring, and other interior finishes with a focus on quality.
- Use hand tools effectively to complete tasks with precision.
- Conduct electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Plumb structures accurately to ensure proper alignment and functionality.
- Execute concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in fabricating structures using various materials including wood, drywall, and concrete.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.

All employees must follow Onsite safety protocols, wear proper PPE, maintain a clean work environment, have a Positive attitude, and be a Team player.

Recommended Qualifications: WHMIS, CSTS, Lift Tickets, First Aid, Drivers License etc.
