**DSC Construction is Hiring Join Our Team as Full-Time Painters, and Carpenters.**

We're looking to hire experienced, highly motivated and reliable employees for full time positions in Commercial Painting, Carpentry and Construction Services. Evening and some weekend work will be required. Looking for applicants in Edmonton and surrounding area region, Alberta, CA.

**Responsibilities**:
Hours will vary depending on projects. Current projects are day & evening shifts and some weekends. Looking for skilled applicants proficient in all areas related to Construction.

**Carpenters**:Includes, but not limited to
- Dry Wall Installations and Repairs;
- Assemble and erect wooden structures, including forms, scaffolds, trim work, general woodworking;
- Framing and signage according to blueprints and specs;
- Renovations; T-bar repair etc.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish;
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on the job site.

**Painters**: Includes, but not limited to
- Proper Prep Work on Sites including: use of drop cloths, masking, taping etc.
- Prepare Interior /Exterior surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming etc.
- Painting, Spraying; Assembling scaffolding.
- Ensure proper mixing and matching of colors.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Attention to detail. Keeping the work area and tools clean.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in carpentry, or painting (Positions may vary depending on specific years of experience).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

All employees must follow Onsite safety protocols, wear proper PPE, maintain a clean work environment, have a Positive attitude, and be a Team player.

Recommended Qualifications: WHMIS, CSTS, Lift Tickets, First Aid, Drivers License etc.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Commercial painting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T5A 4X1
