Rate: $21.00/hr - Paid semi-monthly on the 15th and Last Day of Month

Hours: 8 ½ Hours per day including 30min unpaid lunch - rotational hours

Rotational Days Off

**Duties**:

- General housekeeping of condominium common elements, including but not limited to washing windows, wiping walls, cleaning door handles, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, floor scrubbing, power washing, removal of recycle bins, separating waste from recycling, cleaning light fixtures, dusting hallways, assist in removing bulky/large items.
- Periodic notice drops, contractor escorts, safety inspections.
- Use of floor cleaning/scrubbing machines, mops, buckets, dusters, power washing equipment, vacuums and other cleaning equipment is essential to the upkeep of the common elements, radio use for communication.
- Keep track of equipment and supplies, update Management when supplies are low for re-order.
- Moving garbage bins for weekly pick up.
- Install & remove elevator pads for moves and other needs.
- Read, understand, and update the WHMIS book when required.
- Always follow all Health & Safety Policies of the Corporation.
- Track daily tasks completed and report areas that need extra attention.
- Assist superintendent with various minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Perform pool water testing when superintendent is not working.
- Use tractor for snow removal, furniture moving and moving garbage bins.
- Perform emergency response as required during shift. Carry & respond to employee cell phone.

**These duties are essential duties and are by no means all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned by the Property Management at any time.

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour

Rotating Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift 7am-3:30pm
- Evenings 10:30am-7pm
- Morning shift 9am-5:30pm
- Holidays Required
- Weekend required on alternating schedule 8am-4:30pm
