Are you an experienced drain cleaner with a knack for driving trucks and trailers? Northern Touch is actively seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Lead Drain Cleaner with driving expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a team of 2 employees on site
- Efficiently resolving any employee conflicts
- Versatility in handling various tasks
- Driving a truck and landscape trailer
- Managing and delegating tasks to complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Cleaning parking lots, walkways, and underground areas
- Operating high-powered pressure washers and hand tools
- Inspecting surfaces after cleaning to ensure clearance of dirt and debris
- Clean and inspect drains, sump pits, and catch basins
- Accurate documentation using CRM Salesforce

**Requirements**:

- Class G, A, or AR Driver's License preferred
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience with high-pressure equipment
- Knowledge of pressure washers and cleaning methods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal communication and leadership abilities
- Minimum 1 year of experience driving trucks and trailers

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift

**Experience**:

- Team Leader: 1 year (preferred)
- Pressure washing: 1 year (preferred)
- Truck and trailer driving: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Education: High school or equivalent
- Note: This position requires in-person work. Remote work is not available._

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
