Our people are what make OSL an award-winning, premier operational sales organization. **The Role**: The Partnership Site Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with building and homeowners, builders, boards, on-site property managers and others from pre-construction to well beyond occupancy Competitive base salary of $60,000 per year plus 15% EAP bonus **Key Responsibilities**: - Contribute to the success of the team by meeting and exceeding goals - Represent our client Bell in the residential market with builders, property management companies and sales and decorating centers - Ongoing communication and regular site visits within assigned territory - Thoroughly manage the execution of sales and marketing activities - Build a reputation as a strategic partner to clients by creating value-added programs through a client-centered focus - Provide a regular and formalized flow of competitive intelligence **Key Competencies**: - Exceptional relationship management skills, including active listening, problem solving, creative thinking and regular communication with clients - Effective planning, organizational and time management skills - Ability to identify and qualify opportunities for new business - Experience with referral and lead generation programs - Comfortable performing tasks independently - Ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with key industry contacts **Working Conditions**: - This position requires being on the road to meet with key contacts - Travel within assigned territory 25% of the time - Must own a vehicle in good condition - Must have a valid driver's license **About OSL Direct**: OSL is a dynamic, inclusive, and people-centric company that provides outsourced sales solutions to many of North America's leading Fortune 500 companies.
