**Digital Marketing Lead**

Aurea Technologies Inc. is looking for an experienced digital marketer to join its fast-growing team in Nova Scotia, Canada. This role is a full-time position that will involve helping the company grow its online presence and e-commerce sales.

**Job Summary**

As Digital Marketing Lead, you will play an important role in helping shape, and grow the Shine Turbine brand. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys the challenge of building things from the ground up and is interested in working in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

**Responsibilities**
- **Social media management** - work collaboratively with our Head of Business Development to build a multi-channel schedule of daily posts to engage, educate, entertain, and grow our online community.
- **Content creation** - create educational and entertaining content (videos/reels/posts, etc.) for Shine Turbine's social channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
- **Graphic design** - use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. to support digital marketing needs.
- **Ambassador & influencer management**:

- build an influencer strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement. Set goals, track conversions, and measure the success of influencer campaigns.
- **Customer service/community management** - respond to customer questions via our social media channels, Gmail inboxes, and crowdfunding pages.
- **Agency liaison** - be a key point of contact for our marketing agency. You'll work collaboratively with them to answer any questions and provide them with any assets they need to manage our digital advertising efforts.
- **Events** - support the planning and execution of our participation at trade shows or relevant industry events.
- Completing other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital/content marketing, and brand management
- Experience using central social management platforms (e.g. Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Comfortable creating highly engaging social posts on the fly with just the phone in your pocket.
- Strong video, photography, and graphic design skills
- High level of problem-solving, and organizational skills and ability to deal with multiple deadlines and demands.
